Sea Isle City regarding the spouts with disgruntled employees just maybe Dept. Heads need to show more empathy towards one another Maybe a class before they are to take the role in charge of a Dept. Many weren't a people person, some would give employees hours they didn't earn, or point the finger at other employees instead of themselves. Or just a mean person to everyone. Or they couldn't pass a test on a License. Too many fam members hired. Too many relatives in one Dept. S.I. has had some mixed feelings on there Dept. Heads leadership. The City really needs to address this. Do better S.I
