There is a place that doesn’t have to follow any rules and you get what you want by who you know..subs are not getting paid and it was the most unpleasant place on earth to work(not exaggerating at all)..when a problem came up,,no problem at all when you know everyone in the township and they let you keep going or change the rules to suit your needs.if the regular taxpayers really knew the whole story,everyone in the township would be fired ,what a pathetic shame..pay the subs.only way the job gets done
