It’s a shame when anyone throws their life away but liberals seem to have a problem comprehending the supremacy clause of the constitution and the facts surrounding this case. The law says only that a federal agent has to be in fear for his or her life, not they must be struck by the vehicle to use deadly force, and in this case the car did strike the agent. This woman was harassing and blocking agents all day. Screaming and yelling is one thing, pointing a moving car at a federal agent is dumb.
