It's not even a challenge for AI companies to make their AIs refuse to "undress" photos of women and children. They could program this in a million ways. The AIs themselves, however, are NOT the ones asking the AI to depict naked or partially naked or sexually suggestive children. Whoever asks this type of question of an AI should be flagged, obviously absolutely in the case of minors, and otherwise if there is not consent to alter a private photo. It's not the AI that's the problem here. It's men asking the AI to undress children.
