Ok so the gas co. Has to install new piping along rt 9 for whatever reason. Either close the road or open it one way south. You can’t say it’s open southbound and then have people expecting that, and then randomly close the lane resulting in backups for miles. It’s one thing when people have to be somewhere for an appointment, know there is a detour and make time accordingly. But to pull this stunt closing the lane randomly is not smart!
