Ocean City obviously doesn’t want the new resort on the boardwalk. It just doesn’t fit Ocean City to have a high end resort/spa as this isn’t that type of town. Why don’t they just build single family homes or townhomes? He paid 8M for the site are you telling me he can’t make 10 or 20 times that or more with homes?
