To the spouter who said, “Sorry! Judges and physicians can’t stop evil.” Bartenders are legally required not to over-serve—and are held liable when harm follows. If judges or physicians repeatedly fail to learn from past harm, accountability should apply there too. Why not protect innocent? Serving a community means protecting it, owning outcomes, and knowing right from wrong.
