Upper Township so Politicians what are you going to do about the homeless living behind the Seaville Acme. Many are coming out of the area. It's scary. We know of one break in the area. Is there any other break-ins . What is the County doing. So many are living behind Walmart in Rio Grande. Now the Acme in Seaville. So what about the safety of the taxpayers. It's the responsibility of the County Council to do something for these people.
