It’s time for our local government to follow other vacation destinations and LIMIT short term rentals. Things are changing . People are standing up for their way of life . If Lower Twp wants to be a year round functioning community with businesses and schools , then it’s time for a look at adjusting short term rentals. Otherwise , we will wind up a ghost town that turns the lights on for 7 weeks out of the year . No one wants that - not even second home owners
