Upper Township growing up in the area would we ever think that homeless people would be lurking in Seaville near CVS. So keep your doors locked watch your children. As many have mental problems it's sad what as a society do we assist them. Maybe over crowed in Rio Grande behind Walmart. Are they in our woods now. Just a heads up and be careful. Yup the County does not do anything for the homeless. The Branches are a great group to assist them but more is needed yes we contribute to them. Contact the County Council. They should have a plan in place.
