Why didn't AFSCME tell its members about the contract offer made by county admin? Now that it is out there, why are they still not putting it to the members? Let the members decide if its good or bad. Union leadership(if you can call it that) needs a lesson on what its job is...serving the members, and insuring their well being. NOT worrying about union fun days and spring parties...and they wonder why membership has dropped to an all time low. Get a deal done so the membership can get a cost of living raise.
