Reading these Spouts shows me why I am SOOO glad I left Cape May County. People voted against their own intrest when I stayed in Court House over twenty years ago, and nothing has changed. Still coming on to Spout Off to complain, then turn around and do the same thing they were complaining about. And of course I will get the usual rebuttal of "Don't come back" from those who refuse to change or see what is going on before their eyes. Don't ever change Cape May County. (That was sarcasm by the way).
