The county shouldn’t waste $2.5 million of open space preservation funding on extending the Wildwood Crest fishing pier. Use that money to preserve open space like the voters intended the funds to be used for. Development is out of control in this county. $2.5 million could preserve a lot of land. The county needs to accelerate land preservation efforts to save land from development while there is still land left to save!
