It is time for cape tech to be taken over by one municipality, so it could be ran properly. They spend millions of dollars every year and still get failing grades.. Failure starts at the top. Failure at the school starts with the superintendent and the administrators.. Shame on the school board for not doing their job Properly in hiring the right people to guide the students.
