Re: "SNAP Benefits Under Threat" I once saw a woman in a red convertible BMW w/ vanity tags pay for groceries w/ SNAP. I tried to report her to the government and the end result was being told "No one with that license plate should be receiving SNAP." But they did nothing about it. Another person told me how he would sell his food stamps for 50 cents on the dollar. From my own limited experience I absolutely believe that massive SNAP fraud exists so I welcome reform the ensures recipients are legit.
