A neighbor of mine sold their house in Stone Harbor at the end of 2021. A check of Zillow shows the taxes paid are basically the same now as they were in 2021. Instead of having a reassessment of properties the council past and present have not acted. Town in debt and spouter looking to tax rentals. How about getting all properties fully assessed and taxes raised on the complainers.
