They’d rather hire friends and family in many instances rather than someone with better qualifications. No some say? Look at local test scores and it’s obvious local talent is often less qualified. It’s not they don’t like you, it’s sometimes they’re afraid you know more and some are afraid you’ll take their jobs if people see you’re better at the job than them. Don’t give up.
