If Shore House Canna & Rea’s are able to legally build a grow house for marijuana, then by all means go for it ! However, a hardship should not be granted to issue a variance on an existing ordinance. That parcel of land is large enough to move the grow house out side of the minimum 1000’ from residential zone. All of us in West Cape May have to pay for utility hook up and service to water, sewer, AC Electric, and South Jersey Gas. Move the facility far from the street view and NO VARIANCES from commissioners or planning board.
