On November 14 at 6 pm., a zoning hearing will be held concerning a sub-division of 24 townhomes on shellbay avenue. This was already approved, but the developer is requesting smaller lots for each townhome and requesting a variance. All concerned citizens are invites to ask questions and give opinions. This meeting is open to the public.
