Shore House Canna submitted an application to bypass existing zoning regulations in WCM in order to build a grow house on Rea’s Farm, not the Wilde’s property. My brother and his kids live on 6th ave within 1000ft of the proposed pot farm. Mayor Sabo has been trying to force this through and make WCM the pot capital of NJ regardless of what the people who actually live here think and what the law says.
