Mayor Carney’s Remarks at SHPOA’s Fall Meeting … Mayor Carney said something like “I don’t need to have the answers, I just need to be a good listener, the citizens will guide us.” What??? Then it sounded like he was taking a victory lap, after just 8 months. There was little recognition of the significant challenges and opportunities that SH is facing. The questions asked were good. The Mayor and Borough Council really need to come together and get on with addressing things. At least we have Biddick, for now. Watch the meeting replay!
