If city hall hours are 8:30 to 4:30 then why isn’t the mayors secretary ever there durning this hours? Is she not an employee of city hall? Is that why I never get a voice when I call his office? Emails go unanswered I’ve heard. As a taxpayer I want a voice when I call the mayor or notification when I should expect a call back.
