Perhaps, our local schools should implement a no cell phone rule on school property, so the cell phone obsessed students would concentrate on their studies. It is interesting to watch students waiting for the school bus in the morning. Noone talks to each other. The image is a phone in their hand and head looking down. Sad isn't it. This should also be applied to individuals when they drive. The cell phone is a modern-day, handheld drug addiction for young and old alike.
