I was at a counsel meeting recently and it is apparent that the new person has his pals stand up and aggressively point out whatever they can to try and sway people. The problem is that their complaints and questions coming across as attacks. I am very disappointed in that approach and it is clear that this other group wants to create chaos instead of actual problem solving. I think I may have voted wrong
