I agree 100% with the CMC about overdevelopment. The planning and zoning boards approve every single development presented to them. They don’t know the meaning of no. Every township seems determined to put more houses on every dry piece of land that’s left. Cape May County does not need a single new house or new anything built anywhere. The undeveloped land we have left should stay undeveloped. CMC was once so much more beautiful than it is now because of overdevelopment.
