I was at the Crest Planning Board meeting and I'm for single family homes as opposed to the ugly duplex. The builder wanted to jam two houses on a lot much too small. Why not just remodel the house that's there or build a nice reasonable size home? The board is right, creating nonconforming undersize lots is not good for the boro.
