Sea Isle City so when employees are retiring everyone is treated differently you allow some to get all there pay from Comp, vacay, sick and personal. But others are limited. This is unfair practice to employees. Everyone should be treated the same. Maybe employees who have retired should start a lawsuit for a unlawful payout. If you liked , your okay but if not ,you get less. We all remember the lines and Signs person who was allowed (and the Mechanic )to stay home for years. Pay up SIC, your not fair.
