It’s time to charge nonresidents a significant fee for using the beaches. It’s called a user fee folks. Why should resident tax payers have to foot the bill to service the beaches for people who don’t live here! First, beaches should be free for anyone who pays taxes in SIC. Second, SIC beach fees are ridiculously low compared to most beach communities in NJ. Logically, why should vacationers be allowed to use the beach facilities for basically FREE riding on the backs of local taxpayers.
