This summer I saw at least three golf carts in Avalon and Stone Harbor with baby seats (yes, BABY seats, not child seats - though I saw those too) bungee-corded onto the cart's seats. This seems not only wildly illegal but also stunningly stupid. Hello, police??? These parents are criminally negligent. God forbid there is an accident.
