The Supreme Court was not meant to “have the backs” of lower court judges. The Supreme Court is meant to ensure the constitution is being upheld. The lower court judges can’t handle the fact that they are consistently wrong which is why the Supreme Court has to overturn their rulings. How about we require lower courts to have to attend yearly continuing education classes like we require for teachers? Maybe they’ll find out where their thinking went against the constitution.
