Looks like another lawsuit has been settled - so anyone keeping count - that is $300,000 in payouts and over 850,000 in legal fees. Oh and don't forget the borough has now authorized a firm to investigate the Labor Attoney who was directly involved in firing of BA Smith and all the shananigans that coucil has been involvewd in for over two years..... I hope the Labor Attorney investigation brings out the truth to this council.
