When is a judge not a judge? When it’s clear they no longer judge based on the law and it’s very clear they have taken a side in whatever matter is being adjudicated. Lady Justice wears a blindfold for a reason and the Supreme Court clearly ruled in June 2025 in the case of Trump v CASA inc, which held that such broad injunctions by district judges exceed the authority granted to them by congress and are limited in that authority only to the specific plaintiffs standing before the court. This is now the second time that district judges have in my opinion ignored the SC ruling. Removal?
