Very good that the FBI is doing an investigation. I hate to say this, but I don't trust state/local officials to handle something of this magnitude with transparency and competency. The shooter sounds gender confused, which would make any investigation biased by state/local authorities. School/churches are soft targets and need armed security personnel to avoid mass casualty/injury shootings like this, especially when it was reported the shooting lasted for 4 minutes.
