This needs to be addressed. Our neighbor hasn't purchased a rental permit in over twenty years. They should be displayed showing the permits on houses. The homeowners should all purchase extra Ins. Waiting for the lawsuit when the renter sues the homeowner and the attached will be part of the lawsuit. Will the City be involved for not checking rental permits. Can see lawsuits happening for sure.
