What is so difficult about the concept of “keep right, except to pass”. Theses persistent left lane drivers on the Atlantic City Expressway and on the Garden State Parkway, need to constantly be reminded of their failure to keep right. As a retired cop, I feel we need stricter enforcement of this too pervasive violation. Perhaps some of the new signage on these roads could remind them of the “keep right’ law.
