I don't know what can be done about trash in SIC. People put it out on Sundays before they leave for the week. Most times there are no lids on cans and the trash blows around the streets. Now we are in peak hurricane season and it was especially bad this week. The dump is right by the bridge, please be considerate and take your trash there before leaving. I know I am tired of picking up greasy pizza boxes and cans of Surfside.
