Stone Harbor

The shore is slowly becoming a police state. I witnessed vehicles with flashing lights chasing people off the beach over what amounted to be a 15 minute rainstorm. I'm seeing headlines on the news about beaches being policed after hours and people being threatened with arrest if they choose to swim off hours. All in the name of safety. Now I'm not defending stupidity ( like going into water when red flags are posted or lightning is around) , but it's the principal of the thing. Can't anything just be up to us anymore? Is there no where to go without constant surveillance?!?
