Can't believe the misogyny displayed at the last BOC meeting. A young woman asked why the borough hadn't paid its water bill in nine months, and Commissioner Dick started attacking her before she even got to the question. Tried to demean her by speaking to her like a child and told her to "do your homework" after she pointed out an inconsistency in his excuse. Guess utilities are his department? Can't believe this guy used to coach teenage girls... Wouldn't want him around mine!
