Time to make some changes Cape May! Where are police pulling people over for speeding? Crazies ignoring bike laws and golf carts with kids driving. Tents on the beaches. Dogs on the mall. Either enforce or change the laws. Pull a few people over and the word gets out. Maybe people will slow down. It’s just too crowded here! I miss the quieter gentler Cape May ! Just enforce the laws.
