The Crest needs to address the parking situation on every street. They want to be greedy and allow builders to buy a house tear it down and put up a 5br double. Start thinking about what's happening, 2 5 bedroom houses with two garages for 2 cars means your looking at 5/8 other vehicles for that double that need to park on the street. I've lived here my whole life and have to now walk a block with my groceries because I can't park outside of my house. Stop being greedy and looking at the tax revenue and start thinking about the problems your going to face down the road if this keeps up.
