I've seen three golf carts with baby seats and child seats strapped into the back seat. And not with the safety latches that come with the seats - with bungee cords and makeshift straps. This cannot be legal and is certainly idiotic and very dangerous - the sides are still WIDE open. Police, be on the lookout for this! Crazy and endangering children.
