Sea Isle City so there are open flame fire pits on decks. So when properties go up in flames will the City and the homeowners be responsible for this. I guess there will be two Instances Co. To put claims in for fire loss. It's bad enough with grills on decks but the City is allowing fire pits. Does anyone enforce anything anymore. Just curious.
