Out on the beach this afternoon and there was a group with glass beer bottles. Is this legal? I thought that glass was NOT allowed on beaches - with good reason. Seems like anything goes despite the signs with prohibitions at the entrances: dogs galore, beer bottles, circus tents, loud music.
