Sea Isle City regarding the spouter that SIC is out of control but we have the best Chief of Police Detectives etc. the Chief is his own person. In the past the former Chiefs listened to the Politician, there were major probs. It's sad to say that no one goes by Ordinances in S.I. so could be considered Dodge City.
