Canada is destroying the environment by not spending the money to put out forest fires in Canada but letting them burn themselves out and therefore causing the smoke that is blowing into the USA and causing harm to the USA climate - California also does the same thing by having a flawed forest management program which limits water availability so they can save the "delta smelt" (fish)
