To dogs owners who say their dog is a service dog . It cost a rough 15,000 dollars to train a service dog & have them certify. I’m sure most of you walking your dog in a stroller in Walmart or on the boardwalk are not a certified service dog. Legal service dogs have a harness on them stating they are a certified dog. Leave your dog at home. Tired of hearing the yapping .
