“State Consultants End Study of Stone Harbor Operations” raises questions: Why was a FOIA filing necessary for SHPOA to obtain the materials provided by the DCA LAB? And what does that say about SHPOA’s relationship with the Borough? I have thought for some time now that SHPOA and the Borough should have a closer, more effective, relationship.
