Trump is trying to push more American soybeans into Biofuels in order to help American farmers seemingly unaware that they can't supply enough even for current needs. The man is a complete fool, unaware that Brazil is the major source of foreign soybeans and he just slapped a 50% tariff on it, thus causing price rise.
