The NJ legislature changing beach tag rules will have no affect in Avalon. People do not have them, IF there is a checker at the beach entrance. they may not even look up to check. I'm really tired of wasting money on tags anymore. Like all other rules/ laws/ordinances in Avalon, they are not enforced.
