I know that the school year has wrapped up, but I am sure the budget for this fall will debated. It is a shame that our teachers have to spend large amounts of money out of their own pockets just to provide our children with basic supplies so that they can have a good education. When is the the last time a police officer had to post a Go Fund Me or Amazon wish list or pay out of their wallet for the tools they need to do their job? We are raising the next generation and we are failing them at a basic level.
